Quick Tips:
- Have clumpy mascara? Run the closed tube under hot water for about 20 seconds and it will apply to your lashes smoother.
- Forgot your eyeliner? Double up with your mascara and apply using an angle brush.
- If applying false lashes is difficult for you, it helps to have a mirror angled below you and to look downwards so you can get the falsies closer to your lash line.

- To avoid getting flakes of mascara on the lower lid, put any object with an edge (i.e. business card edge, cardboard corner, etc.) tightly along your waterline (area surrounding the bottom lashes), and gently swipe back and forth.
- Don’t have cream blush? Add a quarter size dot of a natural shade of lipstick to the apples of your cheeks and blend upwards along your cheekbones.
- Want a cleaner manicure? Put Elmer’s glue or liquid latex around your cuticles and you’ll have no excess polish on your skin!
- To prevent brittle nails, file them all in the same direction. If you do the back and forth “seesaw” motion, it causes the fibers in the nail to become weaker.
- On a budget? Buy travel sizes of items to save money. They last just as long before they “expire.” Cosmetic stores such as Sephora or Ulta carry smaller sizes for a fraction of the normal prices.
