Northwood Football Boys Varsity vs. Cedar Ridge High School, Northwood High School, 7-9pm- Come to the Hall of Fame Game and help to cheer on your Northwood Chargers.
Let’s Get Lit!, Deep River Mercantile, 6-8pm- Try a workshop on candle making and see behind the scenes at Deep River Mercantile.
Kozy Fest, Manns Chapel Road, 2pm- Plan for Kozy Fest for camping, music, and art from Friday to Sunday.
Chatham County Fair, Chatham County Fairground, 3pm- Get out the 69th annual Chatham County Fair from Friday to Sunday. Bring your school ID to get in for free. The fair opens at 12am on Saturday and 10 am on Sunday.
Saturday
“The Little Mermaid” Musical, Sweet Bee Theater, 3:30pm- Attend the Pittsboro Youth Theater’s recreation of The Little Mermaid. Other show times are 6pm Saturday and 2pm and 6pm Sunday.
Chatham Mills Farmers’ Market, Chatham Mills, 8am-12pm- Join the Chatham Mills Farmers’ Market for fresh produce from local growers.
Sunday
Oktoberfest at Fearrington, Fearrington Village, 3-6pm- Participate in the second annual Oktoberfest to experience good food and drinks. Profits from ticket sales will benefit the NC Disaster Relief Fund.
The Chatham Experience, Chatham Beverage District, 5pm- Attend this benefit concert for the artists-in-school initiative. Performances by The Chatham Rabbits, Tommy Edwards and The Bluegrass Experience.
Monday
Northwood High School Girls Varsity Golf, Chapel Ridge, 3-5pm- See the Girls Varsity Golf play in this fun match at Chapel Ridge.
Northwood High School Varsity Girls Tennis vs Northern Durham, Northern Durham, 4:30-6:30pm- Watch the Northern Durham and Northwood tennis teams face off at the Northern Durham courts.
Northwood High School JV Boys Soccer vs East Chapel Hill High School, East Chapel Hill, 5-7pm- Cheer on the Northwood JV Boys team at East High School during their game.
Northwood High School Varsity Boys Soccer vs East Chapel Hill High School, East Chapel Hill, 6:45-8:45pm- Watch the Northwood Varsity Boys face off against East Chapel Hill away at the East Chapel Hill fields.
Tuesday
Northwood High School JV Girls Volleyball vs Cedar Ridge High School, Cedar Ridge, 5-7pm- Go to the Cedar Ridge courts to cheer for the Chargers as they play.
Northwood High School Varsity Girls Volleyball vs Cedar Ridge High School, Cedar Ridge, 6-8pm- Support the Northwood Varsity Girls as they play their away game.
Wednesday
Northwood High School Varsity Girls Tennis vs East Chapel Hill High School, Northwood, 4:30-6:30pm- Motivate the Varsity Girls Tennis team as they face off against East Chapel Hill.
Northwood High School Varsity Boys Soccer vs Vance County High School, Northwood, 6-8pm- Come cheer on the Northwood soccer boys as they play against Vance County.
Thursday
Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival of Music and Dance, 1439 Henderson Tanyard Road, 10am until Sunday at 8pm- Head to Shakori Hills for good music, food, camping, and dancing.
Northwood High School Varsity Boys Soccer vs Jordan-Matthews High School, Northwood, 5-7pm- Support the Northwood Soccer team as they try to beat Jordan-Matthews.
Northwood High School JV Girls Volleyball vs Southern High School, Northwood, 5-7pm- Help motivate the JV Girls Volleyball team to beat Southern.
Northwood High School Varsity Girls Volleyball vs Southern High School, Northwood, 6-8pm- Come watch the Varsity Girls Volleyball team face off against Southern.
