Ruth Bader Ginsburg: the woman who inspired and empowered women all over the world to achieve their goals, the woman who showed the world that it is not what power you have that matters but rather what you do with that power, the woman who taught me to never give up hope that I can make the world a better place. On Sept. 17, North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper announced that students in Kindergarten through Grade 5 could go back to in-person learning as soon as Oct. 5. This announcement came after an increasing number of critics have denounced Cooper’s social distancing mandates as unnecessary and ineffectual. Currently, all students are in either a fully virtual classroom, or in a mix of virtual and in-person classes. Cooper’s announcement means that students will be able to return to school under Plan A, a minimal social distancing plan.

Work on Mission Impossible 7 appears to have resumed, after a newly released behind-the-scenes video showed the film’s star, Tom Hanks, performing a death-defying stunt. Hanks used a motorcycle to jump off a ramp into the air, before letting go of the motorbike and deploying a parachute.
